Executive Coaching
EXECUTIVE COACHING helps individuals resolve issues which focus on leadership and professional development of self and others. In a world of complexity and change, leadership, Emotional Intelligence and adaptability present the on-going challenges which are addressed in coaching.
I work with senior level executives on both personal and professional issues. The stresses and demands faced by managers and leaders are daunting, and there are few confidential and supportive environments where an executive can reflect on professional and personal vision, priorities, need for balance, or address business concerns in areas which are particularly challenging. I offer both performance coaching to help resolve problems as well as leadership development coaching to enhance skills for one or more individuals within an organization.
If you can relate to the following concerns executive coaching can be useful:
- Needing to develop specific work related skills necessary to meet unique and varied professional challenges related to career advancement. Or, seeking to hone skills to enhance professional growth (time management, priority setting, balance and stress management).
- Needing to spearhead the management and leadership development of others (conflict resolution, staff development, creating, articulating, and implementing a business vision).
- Being an over committed professional who feels that work life inhibits personal life satisfaction and wanting to re-establish a balance.
- Considering retirement in the foreseeable future and wanting to explore and develop non work related interests to sustain and engage you over the future years.
